Weddings and Special Events - February 2017
Island Alpaca Farm can be
rented for birthday parties of any size, rehearsal dinners, wedding
ceremonies, wedding receptions, cocktail or dinner parties, and
post-wedding brunches. Your location rental includes:

Use of the grounds (active alpaca pastures excluded):

Adjacent grounds:

Parking area for use by the renting party and vendor parking

Access to Barn for viewing alpaca

"Day-prior" access to the property to set-up

Island Alpaca staff member who will remain on the premises and act as a property manager before, during and after your event.

Up to three hours for your event (up to 10 pm)

Extended hours for farm store (will be open during the event)

Optional meet and greet with two gentle alpaca on halter
(1/2 hour during event)
Introductory rates valid through December 31, 2017

Group Size: up to 25 seated:
Use of Farm Viewing Area Only without tent, includes up to 5 picnic tables, *10 stools available upon request.
$350 Monday through Thursday
$400 Friday through Sunday
Group Size: up to 40 seated:
Use of Farm Viewing Area without tent, includes up to 5 picnic tables, *10 stools available upon request.
$600 Monday through Thursday
$750 Friday through Sunday
Group Size: up to 100 seated:
Use of Farm & Grounds with tent installed on pre-designated pasture
$1,000 Monday through Thursday
$1,250 Friday through Sunday
Group Size: up to 150 seated:
Use of Farm & Grounds with tent installed on pre-designated pasture
$1,500 Monday through Thursday
$2,000 Friday through Sunday
Group Size: up to 250 seated:
Use of Farm & Grounds with tent installed on pre-designated pasture

$2,750 Friday through Sunday
Please
note, above pricing does not include rental costs for tents, flooring
or installation, port-a-potties, insurance. Locations of tents will be
determined by farm management. List of caterers and other vendors can be
provided if interested.
$500 non-refundable deposit to hold period. Security deposit may be required.
50% of balance due
60 days prior to the event. Remaining 50% of balance due 30 days prior
to the event. $200 per hour charged for additional hours if needed.
