Gabi has been teaching yoga and mat pilates in NYC since 2019 and loves being able to bring movement to different spaces and communities.
She spends her summers at Camp Jabberwocky working with campers and counselor, now in her 8th year, to create a loving camp experience for all. She's taught movement classes at Camp and can't wait to bring Pilates to the farm.
Her Pilates classes combine contemporary functional movement, light cardio, and fluid, fun movements for mobility, strength, and joy. It's a balanced, low impact workout that goes through strengthening specific muscles while moving with stability at the forefront. Very core strength based and the alpacas are going to love it!
To experience Alpaca Pilates first hand at Island Alpaca, bring your own towel or mat or purchase one of our mats (purchase here online or upon arrival) and safely enjoy a stress-relieving hours with our mild mannered, calming critters. Do not forget your camera, as after the session there will be a meet and greet with these gentle alpaca.
Gabi and Island Alpaca welcome all levels of practitioners.
All levels welcomed and children under 14 may participate with accompanying adult. Session is $35 per person per session. Mats:New yoga/pilates mats can be purchased onlineHEREor in the farm store upon arrival for $15. They are 24" X 68" and are 4MM thick. Very popular, durable and are latex, lead, phthalates and heavy metal free. Feel free to bring your own mat or towel. Payments: Can be made by telephone, online at AlpacaYoga.com, by check, or in person at the farm. Online registrations should be made 24 hours in advance of class date.
Pre-registration: Pre-registration required, walk-ins by chance. Program fee includes complimentary admission to the farm! Walk-ins by chance! Please arrive 20-25 minutes prior to start time!

Registration/Waiver Form: You will be asked when sign our registration form upon arrival! *Minimum class size may apply. (We will call you if minimum class size is not met)
Please note: Program Refunds/Cancellations: In the event that a program is cancelled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation. If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact info@islandalpaca.com at least 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund or transfer to another date/class. Refunds and/or class transfers will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program. There are no refunds for missed classes so please plan accordingly! In case of rain, you will be issued a credit for any future class dates.
