Arias as a Yearling
Arias (Archangel's Arias)
Arias wins second at the Green Mountain Fall Spectacular in 2008!
Arias has fine fiber with a very lustrous bold crimp, a perfect bite and conformation. She's thick-boned with a nice strong frame. Her sire, the multiple champion CCNF Archangel, is a legend in his time. He has won multiple championships, and is considered "the complete package" by many.
Her dam Snowmass Midnight's Gold has also produced show-stoppers. (Her first daughter was the highest paid maiden alpaca in the world, at that time, selling for $100,000 at auction). Truly amazing!
Arias was bred to CCNF Royal Odin, son of Royal Rose, and grandson of the world famous, Peruvian Hemingway, G171 revealing a beautiful summer 2009 cria, a male, named Orion. Arias herself has Peruvian Hemingway as her great grand-sire. This has resulted in a wonderful offspring given this genetic connection.
Arias is an outstanding and nurturing mother who would be a great addition to any farm!

Midnight's Gold has also produced show-stoppers for us. (Her first
offspring, Andean Midnight was the highest paid maiden female alpaca in
the world at the time, selling for $100,000 at auction).
is an astounding foundation female, and has produced nothing but the
best for Island Alpaca Farm. We can only expect that her future will be
Three P's!! All around the perfect alpaca, with perfect disposition, and the perfect, nurturing mother!
Heritage: Peruvian and Chilean
is now producing blue ribbon and Championship winning offspring! He
sired the 2008 MAPACA White Female Champion and in a competitive Get Of
Sire class at the 2008 North American his "Get" won 1st place!
front of some of the most respected judges in our industry today (Mike
Safley, Jude Anderson, Amanda VandenBosch, Dr Julio Sumar, and Kristin
Buhrman), Archangel won five Color Championships and three Reserve Color
Championships. He also won four 1st places in Bred and Owned classes
and anchored three Get Of Sires for Snowmass Legacy Gold in 2004.
Safley went as far as saying that "You can go to Australia, New
Zealand, even Peru and you will not find a nicer alpaca than the one
standing before me!" At MAPACA he said "If there were a Best in Show
award for alpacas, this one would be my choice."
Archangel is the
most decorated offspring of Snowmass Legacy Gold who sold for $500,000
at the Making of Champions Private Selection Sale in 2006. His half
brother, Snowmass Invincible sold for a world record price of $580,000
in 2005. These are the two highest selling males in alpaca auction
history. His Grand sire, 4P Legacy also sold for $750,000 for 1/2
interest which is the highest selling private treaty sale.
Archangel is a magnificent male!
