Location: Just 1 mile from town, down Main (or Franklin) to Clark Avenue. Very close to the beautiful West Chop, Mink Meadows Golf course and the Tisbury Woods walking trail area in Vineyard Haven, It is just 2 streets north of Dolan.

Owen Park Beach is the nearest beach though the waterfront can also be reached by the Yacht Club. Tashmoo Beach, which is just over a mile away, a terrific bike ride through the West Chop Woods! Local tennis is available with courts just 500 feet away, and Mink Meadows Golf, is just 2/3 of a mile away.

Rates: $700 to $1,800 per week. Additional fees apply for cleaning and linens. Please inquire.

Winter 2013/14 $750 per week, $475 per weekend.

June 2: $1,250, June 9: $1,300, June 16: $1,400, June 23: $1,500, June 30-Aug. 25 weeks: $1,800.
Sept. 1: $1,400, Sept. 8: $1,300, Sept. 15: $1,200, Sept. 22: $1,100.
Sept. 29: $1,000, Oct. 6 and onward: $900 per week.
Nov. 17: $1,200 (Thanksgiving Week), Nov. 24 to December 15: $900,
December 22, 29: $1,200.

Activities:
Swimming, biking, tennis, hiking, fishing, shopping, restaurants  and  cafes, live, open-air theater, cinemas, museums, farmers markets and plenty of sightseeing! Take a scenic bi-plane ride or try para-sailing! Sailboat, paddle boat motorboat, water-ski, jet-ski, windsurfer rentals very close by. Charter fishing boats are available for catching that “big one!” Horseback riding too! Explore all five Island villages by bicycle on the many bike routes, special Island Transit Service, or by automobile. 

To secure a reservation, please send your mailing address, phone, fax and cell number to me, with the dates of interest, and the names of those in the group and the ages of all under 18 years of age. An agreement will be emailed to you. Once agreement is received with your signature the reservation is held until the deposit is received. (50% of the rental amount, within 1 week of reservation).
