Have your Wedding or Special Event or Party at Island Alpaca...
Island Alpaca Farm can be rented for events of any size; birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, fundraisers, cocktail or dinner parties, and post-wedding brunches. Your location rental includes:

Use of the grounds
(active alpaca pastures excluded)

Parking area for use by the renting party and vendor parking

Access to barn for viewing alpaca

"Day-prior" access to the property to set-up

Island Alpaca staff member who will remain on the premises and act as a property manager before, during and after your event.

Rates include up to 3 hours for your event (between 4 pm and 11 pm*)
Additional time available for fee, inquire.

Optional Private access to gift shop for your and your guests

Optional meet and greet with two gentle alpaca on halter
(1/2 hour at the start of, or during event)

Group Size: up to 25 seated:
Use of Farm, Viewing Area or grounds with or without tent installed on pre-designated pasture. Perfect for Birthday Parties.
$550 any day up till 4 pm (For 1-1/2 hours, additional 1/2 hours. $100)
$950 any day between 4 and 10 pm. (up to 3 hours)
Group Size: up to 50 seated:
Use of Farm, Viewing Area or grounds with or without tent installed on pre-designated pasture.
$1250 Monday through Thursday
$1750 Friday through Sunday
Group Size: up to 100 seated:
Use of Farm & Grounds with tent installed on pre-designated pasture
$2,250 Monday through Thursday
$2,750 Friday through Sunday
Group Size: up to 150 seated:
Use of Farm & Grounds with tent installed on pre-designated pasture
$3,250 Monday through Thursday
$3,750 Friday through Sunday
Group Size: up to 200 seated:
Use of Farm & Grounds with tent installed on pre-designated pasture
$4,250 Monday through Thursday
$4,750 Friday through Sunday
Group Size: up to 250 seated:
Use of Farm & Grounds with tent installed on pre-designated pasture
$5,250 Monday through Thursday

Group Size: up to 300 seated, please inquire.
Please note, above pricing does not include rental costs for tents, flooring or installation, port-a-potties, insurance. Options for tent locations reviewed. List of caterers and other vendors can be provided if interested. A minimum of one Police detail will be required for all group sizes greater than 150 persons.
$1000 non-refundable deposit to hold period.
50% of balance due 90 days prior to the event. Remaining 50% of balance due 60 days prior to the event. $250 per hour charged for additional hours if needed (to include break-down time after party if applicable.)
Alpaca only visit to your special event venue: $600-$700/hour, $100 for additional 1/2 hours, on-island) Off island visits available. Please inquire.
Island Alpaca can also help you with some experienced, professional photographers.
