Vineyard Haven: 3-Bedroom, Mink Meadows Waterview

Enjoy the privacy and proximity of this bright, airy home in the West Chop area of Vineyard Haven. Located in the desirable community of Mink Meadows, it enjoys access to the association’s private beach and public golf course, enjoyed by President Obama and President Clinton during their visits to the island. The attractive post-and-beam great room has an expansive view of ferries and sailboats crossing the Vineyard Sound. It’s only a short walk along quiet sandy roads to the pristine association beach and golf course and just minutes by car to town beaches, ferry dock, movie theatres, VH Playhouse, restaurants, and shopping.

The nine-hole Mink Meadows Golf Course features rolling terrain with ocean views over Vineyard Sound to Woods Hole and the Elizabeth Islands. Osprey and hawks regularly nest in the woods bordering the course. Deer and other wildlife sightings are a common occurrence.

Bedrooms: Master suite with king-sized bed and private bath in its separate wing; second bedroom with queen bed and water view; third bedroom with two twin beds. Sleep sofa in great room.

Turnover Day: Saturdays (in Season)

Pet Policy: Pets considered

Smoking Policy: No smoking please

Additional Property Information: Air-conditioning (in master bedroom) alarm clock, blender, cable TV, CD, DVD with Wi-Fi, radio, coffee makers, dishwasher, electric mixer, fans (portable), fans (ceiling), fax machine, food processor, IPod dock, iron, ironing board, lobster pot, microwave, toaster, vacuum, washer/dryer.
