Our Hobbes lives up to both of his namesakes, Hobbes of Calvin and Hobbes, and Thomas Hobbes, 16th century English philosopher, daily.
His fleece is fine yet dense and his personality is sweet and curious.
Curious, mischievous, and certainly very clever, Hobbes comes from two excellent bloodlines. We look forward to his future career, and are excited to watch him grow!

Calvin
in his first year of growth sheared over 6% of his body weight in
fleece (common average is below 4%) 5-1/2 pounds in just 10 months of
growth! He also has solid bone and a gentle temperament.
His
pedigree is outstanding; Calvin's Sire Andean Bronze was one of the
Snowmass' top males. His half brothers include the nations top huacaya
studs including: Snowmass Royal Flush, Snowmass Andian Pride, Snowmass
Royal Bronze, Snowmass Conquistador and the list continues. His
grandsires are the famous 4Peruvian Andean Gold and Peruvian Chaccu!
His
grand-sire, 4Peruvian Andean Gold, was an import from the Macusani
region in Peru and has passed down his superior genes to IAC Calvin. |
